As the importance of sensing and energy devices increases with the development of the CPS/IoT society, the use of thermoelectric conversion technology, which can convert heat into electrical energy, is attracting attention as a promising candidate. In this study, N-type CNT yarns with flexibility using single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) were fabricated by wet-spinning method, and the fabrication method and output performance of thermoelectric power generation devices combined with the previously developed P-type CNT yarns are reported.
