[9a-P04-7]Simulation of Structure Dependence of Absorption in InP Nanowire Solar Cells

In recent years, in the pursuit of a decarbonized society, we have been conducting research aimed at realizing a photo-to-hydrogen energy conversion device using an artificial leaf. To improve the efficiency of the solar cells used in this device, we have introduced a nanowire structure. This structure is expected to enhance light absorption compared to conventional planar structures. In this study, we conducted multiple reflection simulations based on nanowire dimensions and compared the absorption rates with those of planar structures.
