In this study, we attempted to fabricate scanning NV probes containing proximity NV. A 50 µm diamond tip is made by polishing and laser cutting, and then sharpened into a pillar shape by FIB machining. The formation of single 1NV and 2NV was confirmed by fluorescence images from the NV center and ODMR measurements on diamond implanted and annealed with C32N8H18 molecular ions. The results of this study are reported.
