With the advancement of medical devices, implantable medical devices such as cardiac pacemakers and cochlear implants have become important technologies that help maintain patients' quality of life. For these devices, we have been investigating wireless power transfer (WPT) systems utilizing alternating magnetic fields and magnetically responsive piezoelectric MEMS resonators. In this study, we evaluated the WPT performance using piezoelectric resonators with different resonance frequencies to examine the design considerations for both the resonator structure and the transmitter unit.
