We have now developped spaceborne precision microwave reference generater in which the frequency of iodine-stabilized laser at 1.5 um is downconverted into microwave region by using optical frequency comb. For optical frequency comb, erbium doped figure-8 NALM fiber mode-locked laser is developed which has low phase noise, self-starting, and long-term operation. In this conference, we will present radiation-hardened mode-locked fiber laser which consist of specially-custumed high doped radiation-hardened fiber and would keep mode-lock operation against more than 150 krad total dose exposure.
