In this study, we investigated the electromagnetic reflection spectra of a three-layer split ring resonators (SRRs). The SRR utilized in this study is a tunable varactor-loaded SRR.
As a result, resonant frequency was split into three positions. In addition, the position of the resonance frequencies can be fairly explained by the tight-binding model in solid state physics.
