Metal halide perovskites have attracted considerable attention as promising materials for optoelectronic devices such as solar cells. However, detailed studies on the lattice constants and crystal systems of the CsSnxPb1-xBr3 solid solution system are still lacking. In this study, CsSnxPb1-xBr3 single crystals were grown by a hydrothermal method, and the lattice constant and thermal expansion coefficients were systematically evaluated using single-crystal X-ray diffraction (SXRD).
