In this presentation, we report the measurement of the electric-field waveform of radiation from a tapered undulator using the SPIDER method. While tapered undulators are known to emit chirped light wavepackets, whose frequency varies in time, their waveform, in particular, the spectral phase, has never been experimentally measured. We have previously demonstrated that the SPIDER method can reconstruct the electric-field waveform of synchrotron radiation. In this study, we extend this technique to measure chirped waveforms and verify its effectiveness.
