The superconducting nanostrip photon detector (SNSPD) is widely used in various fields, such as the field of quantum optics experiments, due to its high detection efficiency. In this study, we focused on the variation of the current-voltage characteristics of the detector with respect to the value of the shunt resistor connected in parallel, and we developed and experimentally demonstrated a method for directly extracting the equivalent-circuit parameters used in a circuit simulator from measurements.
