Although spiro-MeOTAD is widely used as a hole collection material in perovskite solar cells, it has low conductivity by itself. In this study, we prepared a thin film of spiro-MeOTAD doped with HAT-CN to improve its conductivity. Since it was difficult to find solvents that can dissolve both of them, a mixed solution was used. As a result, the current density and relative permittivity increased, but no specific absorption around 560 nm was observed, suggesting that the carrier generation efficiency is low due to insufficient formation of charge-transfer complexes.
