The diffusion process of generated excitons is problem of organic thin-film solar cell (OSC) materials. Pt(Ⅱ) complexes are expected to inhibit carrier recombination because of their strong spin-orbit interaction. In this study, OSCs with the synthesized electron-accepting Pt(Ⅱ) complexes as non-fullerene acceptor were fabricated, and evaluated the built-in potential Vbi and the carrier mobility μ by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).
