In recent years, research and development of micro-LED displays has advanced, and further market expansion is expected. However, conventional colloidal quantum dots used in these displays face challenges such as degradation and poor scalability. In this study, we focused on carbon nitride-based materials, which are low-cost and chemically durable, to develop high-performance, cost-effective micro-LED materials. We report the successful synthesis and evaluation of a new green-emitting material using dicyandiamide and terbium.
