[9p-P12-4] Crystal growth and optical properties of ZnIn₂Se₄ semiconductor

ZnIn₂Se₄ semiconductor crystals have a defect chalcopyrite structure and a band gap energy of ~1.9 eV. The crystals were grown and optical properties were investigated by optical absorption and photoluminescence measurements.
