[9p-P14-2]Structural and Optical Properties of Double Perovskite Semiconductor Cs2AgSbCl6 under High Pressure

Focusing on the metal halide double perovskite Cs2AgSbCl6, we investigated the effects of strain in the crystal on structural and opiticalcal properties. Specifically, single crystal samples were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis, and XRD, Raman scattering, and optical absorption measurements were performed on untreated single crystals, powder samples, and annealed single crystal samples that were considered to have different strain states. Furthermore, by using a continuous external field of pressure, the effects of strain on the structure and optical response were clarified.
