[9p-P14-3]Cu Doping Effects in Double Perovskite Semiconductor Cs2AgSbCl6 with Defects

Double perovskite semiconductors are attracting attention as lead-free solar cell materials. In this study, we prepared Cu-doped Cs2AgSbCl6 single crystals and investigated the defect states of Cs2AgSbCl6 single crystals, which have not been prepared before. Single crystals with different Cu content ratios were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis, and it was confirmed that the cubic Fm3-m structure is observed and that the lattice constant decreases with increasing Cu content. Furthermore, the valence state and composition of each element were investigated, and the difference in Sb/Cs ratio between black and yellow single crystals existing as Cs2AgSbCl6 was evaluated.
