In inverted perovskite solar cells, charge losses by interface mismatch between the electron transport layer and the perovskite layer are problem. So, we tried to reduce the interlayer gap by adding the electron transport layer material to the perovskite precursor solution and depositing it. In addition, by incorporating the previously reported p-i co-deposition method, we also investigated a process for simultaneously fabricating three layers, the hole transport layer, the perovskite light absorption layer, and the electron transport layer, in a single solution spin coating.
