[10a-A24-9]Bi substitution effects on structural and optical properties of double perovskite semiconductors with Ag and In under high pressure

Metal halide double perovskite semiconductors are attracting increasing attention due to their low toxicity and stability compared to lead-containing perovskite semiconductors. In this study, we focused on the fundamental physical properties of Cs2AgInCl6 under high pressure and investigated the effect of Bi substitution on its unique high-pressure properties. High-pressure powder X-ray diffraction measurements revealed that Bi substitution alters the mechanism of the structural phase transition accompanied by a modulated structure observed in the unsubstituted sample.
