The alkali metal (A) doped fullerene superconductor A3C60 is an interesting material with a high superconducting transition temperature Tc (≈ 33 K) and upper critical field Hc2(0) (≈ 90 T). We're exploring the potential applications of A3C60 bulk materials that we made using a newly developed synthesis method. This time, we report on our research findings regarding improving Jc through further optimization of the bulk production process and heat treatment conditions, as well as suppressing Jc degradation by sealing the bulk in metal containers.
