In this study, a room temperature mutliferroic Co-Substituted BiFeO3 was fabricated into 190 nm diameter of nanodot arrays. Using scanning probe microscopy, electric-field-induced ferroelectric and ferromangetic domain change and its complex magnetoelectric correlation were visualized into 3 dimension. This demonstrates the electric-field-control of magnetization reversal toward the future ultra-low power consumption magnetic memory.
