Cardiac amyloidosis is a disease caused by the deposition of amyloid in the heart. Because establishing a definitive diagnosis of amyloidosis and identifying its subtype requires a significant amount of time, this currently represents a bottleneck in the timely initiation of treatment. In this study, we performed principal component analysis on the Raman shift frequency ranges of 1260 cm-1 –1760 cm-1 and 1400 cm-1 –1700 cm-1 , defined three clusters, and applied unsupervised learning.
