We demonstrate microscopic scratch detection on reflective surfaces using a snapshot full-Stokes camera. By reconstructing S₀, S₁, S₂, and S₃, polarization images reveal scratch-induced changes that are difficult to observe in conventional intensity images. This method improves scratch visibility and shows potential for surface defect inspection.
