We're working on improving the efficiency and reliability of perovskite (PVSK)/silicon (Si) tandem solar cells, focusing on studying bottom silicon that maintains high conversion efficiency even under low light conditions. In these tandem solar cells, a thin transparent conductive oxide (TCO) film is used as an intermediate layer between the PVSK solar cell and the crystalline Si solar cell, both from an optical and electrical connection perspective. To achieve even higher efficiency, we're looking into materials such as IWO and ICeO. In this talk, I'll report the results we got on improving the properties of TCO materials for the intermediate layer in PVSK/Si tandem solar cells, like adding hydrogen or different metals to those materials.
