In recent years, optical functional control technologies utilizing localized surface plasmons (LSPs) in metallic nanostructures have attracted attention for applications in organic light-emitting devices and optical sensors. In this study, we focused on porous Al films fabricated by a simple vacuum deposition method and investigated the influence of their surface nanostructures on the luminescence properties. Alq3 thin films were deposited on porous Al films, and the enhancement of luminescence induced by LSP excitation was evaluated.
