The coupling between surface acoustic waves (SAWs) and spin waves has attracted attention from the viewpoints of long-distance transport of magnetic information. In particular, large-amplitude SAWs are expected to induce nonlinear phenomena such as parametric excitation of spin waves. In this study, we developed a time-resolved Kerr effect measurement system using a pulsed laser synchronized with the SAW, aiming to perform spatiotemporally resolved measurements of spin precession induced by large-amplitude SAWs. In the presentation, we will report the response of the Kerr signal when the external magnetic field is varied.
