We have recently focused on III-V semiconductor nanowires to built the way for low-power consumption circuits that cannot be realized with conventional Si integrated devices. By establishing the foundational technologies and scientific principles of vertical semiconductor nanowire array-based integrated quantum electronic structures, we are working to realize pioneering core technologies for the next-generation electronics. In this report, we present our recent activities and research achievements of our JST-CREST project.
