While optogenetic technology, which controls neurons via light stimulation, is attracting significant attention for elucidating brain functions, we have been developing flexible LED devices that adhere closely to the brain surface. However, suppressing the temperature rise in brain tissue during light stimulation has remained a challenge. To address this, we propose a new structure that expands the conventional hollow structure and integrates multiple LEDs. While maintaining flatness and excellent luminescence characteristics even after transfer, we successfully reduced the temperature rise during operation by approximately 46% compared to the conventional structure.
