In wearable and skin-attachable electronics, nanomesh devices with high breathability are attracting attention, but bonding technologies for integrating sensors and wiring remain a challenge for practical application. In this presentation, we report a technology for direct bonding (cold pressure welding) of nanomesh conductors, consisting of metal (Au/Ag) films deposited on polyurethane nanofiber sheets fabricated by electrospinning, at room temperature and low pressure of approximately 1 MPa.
