In recent years, bio-inspired information processing technologies have attracted considerable attention as a promising approach for achieving highly efficient information processing. In this study, as a fundamental investigation toward the neuromorphic application of a light-responsive floating-gate organic transistor memory, we analyzed the effects of light wavelength and irradiation intensity on its memory characteristics. The results demonstrated that both the memory dynamics during the writing process and the retention characteristics vary significantly depending on the illumination conditions.
