Recently, carbon materials such as carbon nanotubes, graphene, diamonds, and their applications are actively researched. In making these carbon materials, copper and nickel metals are applied. For the graphene, copper foil or copper thin films on sapphire are used. We measured the electrical properties of the graphene film on this copper using THz-TDSE. As a result, there are differences between copper and graphene. However, differences in THz-TDSE measurement results were observed even between ordinary copper and oxygen-free copper. Therefore, it was found that accurately determining the properties of copper is important.
