Extending operational lifetime and achieving optical transparency are critical challenges for perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Indium tin oxide (ITO) is a promising transparent electrode; however, conventional sputtering onto the perovskite and hole transport layers inflicts severe damage, drastically degrading power conversion efficiency. Against this background, this study investigates the effects of incorporating a low-damage sputtered ITO layer into the functional layers. We focus on evaluating the optimal deposition conditions to enhance both photostability and thermal stability.
