Spontaneous orientation polarization (SOP) in vapor-deposited OLED films has a significant impact on device performance. In this study, we evaluated the thermal reduction process of SOP in multilayer devices using a method that simultaneously measures displacement current and photoluminescence (DCM-PL method). The results suggest not only changes in injection characteristics accompanying the thermal reduction of SOP but also changes in interlayer diffusion and charge separation behavior at the multilayer interface.
