Spin Coating
In this study, we experimentally investigated the effects of droplet impact and flow behavior during spin coating on thin-film formation characteristics. Droplets were deposited onto a rotating substrate, and the spreading behavior and film formation process were observed using a high-speed camera. Furthermore, the antisolvent method was simulated to examine its relationship with precipitation behavior. Based on these observations, the relationship between droplet behavior and film quality was analyzed to provide insights into the optimization of conditions for high-quality thin-film formation.
