In X-ray and gamma-ray imaging, high spatial resolution and fast response are important for applications such as medical diagnosis and cosmic X-ray observations. Conventional scintillation detectors are suitable for large-area detection, but their spatial resolution is limited by the pixel size of the optical detector. In this study, we aim to achieve high-resolution gamma-ray imaging by using a GAGG(Ce) scintillator and a SPAD camera to evaluate the intensity distribution of scintillation light.
