We demonstrated non-volatile and reversible resonance wavelength tuning in a plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD)-fabricated silicon nitride (SiN) waveguide ring resonator using refractive-index changes induced by charge-state transitions of dangling bonds.
