CFETや裏面電力供給など新構造の製造技術確立のため、極薄層の高精度レイヤートランスファーと3次元集積技術が不可欠となる。本講演では、IRレーザーを用いたナノメートル精度の層剥離技術と、ハイブリッド／フュージョン接合を組み合わせた革新的プロセスを紹介し、次世代半導体に向けた技術展望を示す。
