Although ultrasonic neural stimulation is a minimally invasive technique, the bulky nature of conventional devices renders the simultaneous recording of electrocorticography (ECoG) challenging. Designed for murine models, this study proposes a miniaturized, flexible device that integrates ECoG electrodes and Capacitive Micromachined Ultrasonic Transducers (CMUTs) onto a Parylene substrate. Simulation results demonstrate the achievement of a 1.66 MHz resonant frequency, effectively circumventing auditory interference. Furthermore, acoustic field analysis of the mouse head confirmed the formation of an acoustic pressure focal region of 326 kPa at 1 mm directly above the array.
