近年、プラズマのがん治療応用の研究が盛んに行われている。がん治療では、点滴液に用いられている乳酸リンゲル液をプラズマで処理した溶液によりがん細胞を選択的に不活性化できることが報告されている。しかしながら、プラズマ-気相-液相界面の反応は複雑であり、反応メカニズムは解明されていな。そこで、本研究では、大気圧空気グロー放電装置(AAGD : Atmospheric-pressure-Air-glow discharge)を用いて処理した乳酸リンゲル液による乳がん細胞と正常細胞への影響を調査した。
