Intrinsically, single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) exhibit N-type performance; however, in the atmosphere, they bind with oxygen molecules and display P-type thermoelectric properties. Consequently, achieving high performance and long-term stability of n-type SWCNTs remains a challenge, and various dopants are currently being investigated. In this study, benzalkonium chloride was utilized as a surfactant with a high debundling efficiency. By increasing its concentration close to supersaturation, we aimed to enhance and stabilize the thermoelectric performance by evaluating the surfactant loading and the resulting changes in dispersion.
