In recent years, achieving both high quality and high efficiency has become an important challenge in ultrashort-pulse laser processing. In this study, we proposed a simultaneous multi-point glass welding method by integrating an MHz burst-mode femtosecond laser, which enables temporal energy control, with a spatial light modulator (SLM), which provides spatial focusing control. The results showed that the MHz burst mode enabled control of the depth of the melt trace, while adjustment of the focal spot spacing using the SLM allowed control of its lateral dimensions. Furthermore, simultaneous multi-point glass welding was successfully achieved at a laser power of 2.8 W and a scanning speed of 1 mm/s.
