[9a-A23-1] Aerial imaging sheet fabricated by using X-ray lithography

By using X-ray lithography, we have developed aerial imaging sheets that have two-micromirror array with various dihedral angles. By freely customizing the angles, it becomes possible to freely design the relative position of the source display and its aerial image. The sheets were very thin (<1.5mm) and light polymethylmethacrylate devices. We evaluated the brightness and visibility of the aerial images from their image data, and the results were consistent with the design.
