MoOx上におけるIn融液の完全濡れ現象と合金融液における界面偏析現象に着目し，一部に剥離・液滴は見られるもののGa合金融液膜の構築を実現しました．さらにこれを前駆体とするGaAs on Siの製膜を試行しました．
