Black-box optimization for quantum control is robust to model-bias, but it is difficult to exploit available physical information. In this study, we propose gray-box optimization based on zeroth-order optimization using natural perturbations determined by the quantum Fisher information matrix computed from an ideal model. We numerically demonstrate that the proposed method enables sample-efficient optimization of bosonic qubit control.
