[9a-PA1-10]Dissolving and Reproduction of BaTiO3 powder for the Resource Circulation

BaTiO3 is powerful ferroelectric material and its device has been widely applied as the multi-layered ceramic capacitors. However, the practical recycle process has not been proposed, yet. This study investigated the dissolution technique of BaTiO3 and the related materials and successfully found it. The prepared solution is made from naturally derived ingredients, and thus its safety risk and expectable cost are low for the application. This study also succeeded in the reproduction of BaTiO3 from dissolved-solution. These results are expected being effective fundamental-technique for establishing the recycle process of BaTiO3 and the Related Titanium Oxides.
