In this study, we aimed to enhance the electron-accepting ability of benzoquinone (BQ), which inherently shows relatively weak acceptor characteristics, by introducing perfluoroalkyl groups. Although the synthesis of (C6F13)2(Cl)2BQ with strong acceptor properties has been reported, its application to transistors has not been explored. We analyzed its molecular structure and evaluated its thin-film transistor characteristics. The compound exhibited a deep LUMO level of -4.4 eV and a layered herringbone crystal packing. The fabricated OTFT showed an electron mobility of 2.1 x 10-3 cm2/Vs under vacuum.
