Substituting metal interconnects with carbon-based materials in printed electronics is expected to improve the sustainability of the electronics industry. In our previous work, we proposed a numerical algorithm to cancel out interconnect resistance and conducted a proof-of-concept demonstration using a 2×2 passive-matrix flexible temperature sensor with carbon black traces. In this study, to verify the scalability of our approach, we aimed to expand the sensor array to a 4×4 configuration and construct a real-time temperature distribution visualization system.
