Recently, bulk photovoltaic effects comes from the symmetry of materials have attracted attention. Unlike conventional pn-junctions type solar-cells, open-circuite voltage is not limited by the band gap and are expected to be used in next-generation solar-cell. In this study, we focused on magnetic injection currents caused by the breaking of time-reversal symmetry and fabricated a top-gate heterodevice based on CrPS4, a two-dimensional antiferromagnetic layered material, and investigated its magneto-photocurrent properties. In the presentation, we will discuss the magnetophotovoltaic properties controlled by an external electric field.
