The halide perovskite semiconductor CsGeI3 has attracted attention for its ferroelectricity. In this study, we successfully grew its single crystals with a facet exceeding 1 mm2. Magneto-reflectivity spectroscopy up to 60 T was performed on these crystals. By analyzing the magnetic field dependence of the reflectivity spectra, we investigated the characteristics of free carriers, excitons, and polarons in CsGeI3.
