As the demand for aquaculture increases, technologies to enhance the nutritional value of feed organisms are required. This study aims to develop a nutritional modification technology for feed organisms using atmospheric pressure plasma. In this experiment, Artemia were hatched in plasma-activated artificial seawater. Subsequently, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to quantify the nicotinic acid in the Artemia. We will then discuss the factors behind these changes in detail.
