This talk presents a future vision in which food can be printed, recorded, preserved, and transferred to space. By integrating 3D food printing, texture measurement, freeze-crushing, hydrated gel powders, and AI-based digital design, food can be treated not only as a material but also as information. These technologies may enable personalized nutrition, long-term food preservation, digital reconstruction of texture and shape, and new food experiences on Earth and in space. Semiconductors, sensors, electronics, AI, and robotics will serve as key foundations for this emerging food platform. From the interface between food and semiconductor technologies, this talk discusses future possibilities for food security, space food, digital restaurants, and new creative industries for the next generation.
