In the MnXNbS2 system, in which magnetic Mn is intercalated between the layers of superconducting NbS2, three compounds - Mn0.25NbS2, Mn0.33NbS2, and Mn0.5NbS2 (X = 0.25, 0.33, 0.5) - have been reported. In this study, single crystals of these compounds were grown using the flux method with various alkali metal halides as fluxes. We also clarified the effect of the fluxes by analyzing the grown crystals. Furthermore, we investigated the temperature dependence of electrical resistivity in Mn0.25NbS2 single crystals.
